Q: When is the deadline to book my student for portraits on picture day?
A: One week prior to the scheduled picture day.

Q: I ordered only digital prints. They’re great, and now I’d like to order physical prints. Can I do that?
A: Yes. Along with your digital prints you’ll receive a link to order print packages, as well as the print package order deadline.

Q: Can I have multiple images printed in a single print package?
A: No. Print packages are for single photos. You may order multiple print packages.

Q: I want prints but missed the deadline. What should I do?
A: No worries. Your high quality digital prints can be taken to any photo printer.

Q: I have other questions.
A: We’re happy to answer them. Reach out via our support form.

Q: We’d like to book a Kids Rule picture day. How do we start?
A: Contact us via the form on our homepage, or call 646.691.6884.

Q: Our school has special language requirements.
A: We’re happy to accommodate. Heidi Garcia, our founder, is Spanish bilingual. We don’t offer translation services, but we will work with your administrators to translate as necessary.

Q: How does pricing work?
A: We price our picture days based on the number of students and the complexity of the shoot. We always offer digital packages first, at a base price, to keep our services affordable and accessible for families.

Q: What about class pictures?
A: Class pictures are included in our picture days, unless otherwise agreed.
