Exceptional School Photography
Kids Rule Photos gives a unique school portrait experience to students of all ages. We use the school space as the background and for elementary-aged portraits include career-oriented costumes such as fireman, police officer, artist, doctor and more. This gives younger students a chance to think about what they would like to be when they grow up. Whether for elementary, middle or high school, a Kids Rule picture day is an engaging experience that leads to wonderful memories for students, school staff and families.

Contact us to inquire about booking portrait photo days or events for the 2018-19 school year. We are available flexibly for picture days, graduations and other events at your school.
Our Process is Easy as…

By your school’s registration deadline, book your student online. Our affordable digital package includes two to five portraits and a class photograph if applicable. Print packages are also available. We accept cash or credit card online via our easy, secure booking form.

Two weeks after picture day, you receive access to your digital photographs online. If you pre-purchased a print package, you may now choose which photograph you’d like printed. Love your portraits but didn’t pre-order a print package? No worries. You can have your digital prints processed by another vendor at your convenience.

Your fun, beautiful print photo portraits arrive at your school. You and your student can enjoy a great memory and look forward to another school year!

Heidi Garcia, Photographer
Kids Rule Photos is a school photography company founded by Heidi Garcia. Heidi has ten years of experience in the NYC public school system and brings a unique perspective to school portraits. Going beyond simple school photography, Kids Rule Photos orients to the students themselves and works to make the experience fun, all while boosting students’ self-esteem and encouraging them to dream about their futures.
